Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to show our website visitors which cookies we use, and which information we gather on website visitors.
We analyse the information that you provide, and/or we gather, according to current laws and legislation. TechCare is the data controller and we are fully aware that your informaion should be treated with respect, to ensure your privacy and data confidentiality.
According to your activity on our website, including on-site purchase, we need to gather certain personal data. e.g. to process and complete purchases and to offer our services.
Personal information is any form of information, that can lead to of certain persons. I.e. Information that can lead to you. When you are using our website, we are analysing and gathering these types of information. This happens through ordinary access of content. E.g. signing up for newsletters, taking part in competitions, surveys, registering as a user or buying subscriptions, other use of services or purhases through through the website.
We typically gather and analyse the following types of indformation: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP-address, geographical location, and which pages you visit (interests). To the extent you type information, we furthermore gather and analyse: Name, phonenumber, e-mail, address and payment information. Typically as part of a sign up-, login or a purchase proces.
The information is used to identify you as a user, show you the ads that are most probable to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, and to deliver the services you have requested e.g. to deliver newsletters. The storage period of the information is in accordance to current laws and legislation. We delete the information when it is no longer needed. The storage period depends of the character of information and the purpose of the information. Therefor, we are not able to set a general timeframe of when information is deleted.
Data on your use of the website, which ads you recieve and possibly click, geographical location is handed over to third parties, to the extent that this information is known. You can see the list of the relevant third parties in the “About Cookies” section above. The information is used for user targeting and advertising.
Furthermore, we use a range of third parties for storage and data analysis. These parties are treating the data on our behalf, and are not allowed to use the data for teir own purposes.
Personal information such as name, e-mail will only be handed to third parties if with your consent. We only use data processors from the EU, or countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
You have the right to gain insight to what personal information on you we analyse. Furthermore, you have the right to object to your information being used and analysed. You are also able to withdraw your consent on your information being used. If the information on you is incorrect, you have the right to have this ratified or deleted.
